Mummy Dog Recipes

Up until recently I had no clue what mummy dogs were.  Then I tried one and found out these tasty biscuit wrapped dogs are great!  Little did I realize I had had these years ago.  So I decided to dig through some of my mothers old recipes and found something that you all might like.  Its a spin on mummy dogs but I think you'll find it quite tasty.


You Will Need The Following....



 -Ingredients
12 Onces of Either Canned or Frozen Bread Dough
You may 'opt' for homemade bread dough to but it
takes longer to make.

A pack of hot dogs 16 count.  The larger the better.

Add Any type of cheese you may enjoy.

-Oven Preparations..
Preheat the oven to around 375 Degrees F.
While the oven is preheating wrap your hot dogs in the
bread dough.  You'll want to wrap them in a way that
they look like a mummy-Hence the name Mummy Dogs.

-Make sure to stuff a small strip of cheese in each one underneath the bread dough for added flavor.

-Bake in over on a greased cookie sheet for 13-16
 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.

-Makes 16 Mummy Dogs
